With no need for batteries, and LED bulbs that have amazingly long life spans. LED shower heads are powered by the water flow, which negates the need for batteries, and there are a few different types of design available. You can opt for a single light colour shower head, such as white or blue, and this is the colour light that will stay on while you are showering. This type of shower head can be really useful to tell what temperature the water is at, so there are no nasty surprises like getting into a cold shower.
